ROAD BIKE RIDES - on Mondays
A few of us have been meeting about 8:30am on Mondays to cycle from Fairfax with distances ranging 25-40 miles depending on our timetable.
We do these to keep our cycling base for tri's and as a change from heavy running mileage on the weekends.

I will post our next ride even up to as late as Sunday night to let you know if it's on.
Things may be a bit interrupted during, bad weather, the Holiday Season, e.g. I won't be able to go next Monday, but the group might do so if it's on. ...more to come.
