WORKOUTS Week of 3/20-3/26/06

TEMPO run at 6:30AM CHINA CAMP

9:15AM group: China Camp - but I won't be able to make it because visiting friend in Palo Alto who had bypass surgery. Going during mid-morning to avoid traffic crunch later in day for return trip.
I'm pretty sure Sunny Blende and others will show up to get in the 2M warmup and 4M tempo session. So Fred, Kevin, Hazel and others join in if possible!

TH is TRACK at 7am and 9:15am

SATURDAY 3/25/06 7AM HILL REPEATS at
WALSH DRIVE (just past top of Dipsea steps; the "Flying Y" Section of the race) We're trying it there again to encourage those who missed last week to learn the varied routine (30" to 3:30) at this location.
I will go back to McGinnis next time, but this section works well. Let me know if you think 7:30am is a better time or not; I do need to get to work by 10AM.
We will include repeats for windbuilding/aerobic fitness and leg strength. Feeback has been that this is very productive for Dipsea prep.
...more to come. I must do blogs for now in small bits because of time spent on my Dad's affairs for now.
Update on Sandy is that her shoulder is doing better and range of motion is improving! Thanks for your inquiries.
