Week of 3/3/08. Workouts, results, Dipsea workout, hill repeats...
3/4/08. TUESDAY, 6:30am. TEMPO at China Camp.
3/4/08. TUESDAY, 9am. DIPSEA workout. Meet at Old Mill Park (probably be a bit later to give time for people to get there and park). Some folks will be doing an out and back to Cardiac; others will do the full course for practice and to see what shape the course is in. I will bring back up to 6-8 people in the van from Stinson...Weather should be excellent.
The choice was to do RRGrade or Dipsea; the group chose Dipsea but next time it will RRGrade.

NAPA MARATHON 3/2/08
I biked from the finish area towards the runners on Silverado Trail against a very, very strong headwind. First one I saw was BRAD O'BRIEN and not far behind was JOHN LUNDY. With a strong tailwind to push them along, those two had a strong day. Brad ran a 2:53:10, for 3rd in 45-49 division and 30th overall. JOHN came 4th in his age group and 38th overall with a 2:56:03. DAVID LEIPSIC, who was dealing with a cramp in his thigh and calf but still hung to break hours with a 2:59:51. FRANK RUONA, I didn't see him on the course due to my lack of time: I had to get to work. But Frank ran a 3:06:48 for 72 overall and 2nd in 60+ div.
